Steps to join our loyalty program
Join our loyalty program in a few simple steps :
1. Download the app on your phone

2. Create your user account: Follow the steps directly in the Simply PAY app.
3. Scan the laundry's QR code from the app.
The QR code is located on the payment terminal, in the "Loyalty" tab, section "Simply PAY."
4. Recharge your loyalty account
When you are at the laundry, open the Simply PAY app and:
- Click on the "+" button in the top left, then select "Recharge at Terminal."
- Choose the Speed Queen Écully terminal, then confirm.
- A special "Simply PAY Recharge" page will appear on the laundry's payment terminal screen.
- Select your payment method and complete the recharge.
Once the payment is validated, your Simply PAY account will be credited with the recharged amount and loyalty bonus.
